Skirt Steak is known for its robust flavor profile. Our Wagyu Skirt Steak is deeply-marbled so it bastes itself with flavor when heated. This is an easy-to-prepare steak, but it’s important to cook quickly on high heat and slice against the grain. The Skirt Steak is one of our top choices for grilling at home with a simple marinade. 

Each skirt steak is approximately 1.75 Lbs to 2.2 Lbs.  Packaged individually.
