The Sierra Cut is a Versatile cut with robust Wagyu beef flavor that mimics a Flank Steak. Use with your favorite marinade, or a new unique recipe.  Our favorite is Fajitas.  Great for grilling or broiling too.

Each Sierra is approximately 1.5 Lbs to 2 Lbs.
