This roast cooks into a boasting with flavor roast using the braising method. You will never go back to a regular roast, once you've had a Wagyu Roast! Moist and tender when slow-cooked. 

You can choose from a Chuck Roast or a Pot Roast. 

They will vary in size from 2.75 Lbs to 3 Lbs.
